My family and I stayed here for two weeks this summer. We had such a great time! The room was beautiful and very homey. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The location was amazing. We just walked downstairs for groceries, deli, coffee and liqueur store. Across the street for breakfast and beer garden at night. And one block from the base of the mountain. Spent a lot of time hanging out at the pool!
We loved the Highmark! Very close to the main base area (gondola), super friendly staff, van service at your fingertips to take you anywhere you want, ski storage, pool and hot tub, etc. Groceries, food and drinks right downstairs at the wild plum, and great beer and food across the street. The condo we stayed in was beautiful and well taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for better service, location or amenities. We will be back!
We have been coming to steamboat for almost 20 years. This was our first time at the HighMark and everyone and everything about this property was amazing. The unit was top notch and the staff was outstanding! We had our family which included 3 under age 8 kids and the staff was kind and considerate to all of us.
Could not have been any better. Best ski lodging I have ever stayed in. We had 6 adults and three children in 4 bedroom penthouse with plenty of room to spare. Any problem or inconvenience, which were few and minor, were remedied by staff within 15 minutes. 5 minute walk to Gondola and ski school. Staff was exceptional. I will stay there again.
This is a great place to stay at the base of the mountain. Very nice, and the staff is great. There is a gentleman (James) that works throughout the building, and of all the places I have been he was the most sincerely pleasant and friendly person I have met. He is a shining example of how to treat people without reason to do so. We could not have had a better experience.
Top notch place! The room was phenomenal. Very comfortable and well maintained. The front desk service was hospitable and friendly. Really appreciated the available shuttle to and from wherever we needed around town-made dinner much more relaxing. Great location, a couple minutes stroll to gondola. Definitely will consider coming back.
Great trip in the midst of the pandemic. Prime time location and the gorgeous unit was well appointed and stocked for in-house cooking. Heated pool and hot tub were a treat, would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Steamboat. Thank you Joey, James, Steve and Delcia!
We travel quite a bit and this place was top notch. Our whole family always talks about our ski week here and we reminisce about going back again. I would highly recommend this place. If I could give it 10 stars I would.
